If you are interested in transferring your student to BU, you will need to request an Administrative Transfer. Please read important information below:
- To request an AT, please review all of the information on this page and submit the form by clicking the red "Request Form" button.
- This form goes to the Administration at the sending and receiving school to be reviewed - be sure to provide as much information as possible when completing the form.
- The Enrollment office will notify you by email of the decision - decisions are typically based on space availability and course compatibility.
- BU is on a semester system, so students' courses may not align with their schedule from the previous school. It is up to the student and family to understand what impact this may have on a student's credits/schedule.
- Student's are expected to enroll as full time students. No partial enrollments will be approved at this time.
- Elementary students will be enrolled in Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
- Secondary students will be enrolled in a minimum of 5 courses.
AT requests will either be:
- Approved for immediate transfer or transfer will occur for next semester
- Denied
- If the request is denied due to space availability, it will be added to a waitlist. If space opens, the request will be reviewed again for approval.
